Sharing Access To ALEKS Courses – Canvas

Please see the process below for sharing access an ALEKS course to another teacher at your campus:

As long as the instructor covering is already in the same school account, you can Share Access from the Class Summary page for the course that is going to be covered by the second (or 3rd, 4th, etc.) instructors.

1. Click on the Class Summary link while in the course.
2. On the bottom right corner there is a Share Class Access section and Share Access to this Class link that begins the process.

3. Click Start using Share Class Access now.

4. Choose the access level for the Instructor(s) that will also be able able to access the class.
