Printer Functionality Error – ImageNow

Error Message:

“ERROR You must log in to the ImageNow Client to use ImageNow Printer Functionality.”

Cause:

To use the ImageNow printer your CampusNexus and ImageNow Application must be open on the same server.
This error occurs if they are not open on the same server.

Resolution:

  1. Log out of CampusNexus and ImageNow and wait a couple of minutes for a full disconnect.
  2. Log back in to CampusNexus and then ImageNow.

2a. Be sure to open both programs, one right after the other, and you should be successful in the next attempt to use the ImageNow printer.
