No Connection Profile Exists – ImageNow

Issue – The error reads “Could not find application screen matching “NON Bar Code AM-AD” application plan.”

Fix – They need to open up the student’s document screen in Campus Nexus. I use the little post-it icon at the top. The document screen has to always be to the front in order to print from the IN printer. If you add a document, you have to close the documents screen and reopen it.
