There is a new menu item in the Course Navigation menu, labeled ECPI Final Grades.
This early grade pull will allow grade pull starting 5 days before Term End Date. The term end date is the one configured in CampusNexus.
The final grade pull normal start time is:
On-Ground – Start after 11:59PM after Term End
Online – Start after 11:59PM, 3 days after Term End
Dual Enrollment – Start after 11:59PM after Term End
If an instructor or admin clicks on the link prior to 5 days before the term end date, they will get a message indicating that the 5 day early window has not opened:
If the instructor or admin clicks on the link within the 5-day windows, they will receive the message below with a link to click.
- Clicking the link will start the early grade pull.
If an instructor or admin clicks the link after the normal grade pull has started, they will get a message indicating that they cannot submit the request because the normal grade pull has been started.
If the link is not clicked for a course, then the normal grade pull-start time is used.
