E-mails containing documents that have SSNs information in them must be sent in a secure manner or it will be blocked by safety features built into the system.
To send such e-mail in a secure manner by encrypting the data, you must start the subject line with the words ECPI-Secure followed by the remaining subject line information.
Please try sending your e-mail again by using this format in the subject line. Held e-mails with SSN information cannot be released on our end due to the security issues of such information.
Start the email Subject line with the word ECPI-Secure.
The recipient will receive an email that looks like this:
Clicking the link brings the recipient to a user registration page.
The user creates an account.
Confirmation is provided upon successful registration.
Recipients can now sign in with the account they just made and view the secure email.
