Create Contact Business Card

Open Outlook and click on the People icon (it is beside the calendar at the bottom-left).

At the top of the page, click New Contact:

This will open a new Contact card.

  • Type your information and click the E-mail button to pull up the global address list and then type your last name to find you.
  • After adding your name, click the Silhouette to add your picture.
  • You can add any other information that you choose.

Click Save & Close when you are finished.
