Calendar Sync Issues

Step 1

  • Check the send receive settings.
  • In Outlook, click on File > Options > Advanced.
  • Verify Cached Exchange Mode is OFF.

Step 2

  • In Outlook, Click on File > Account Settings.
  • Select the Microsoft Exchange account and then click Change.
  • Uncheck the box next to Use Cached Exchange Mode, if it is checked.
  • Restart Outlook and the Calendar should sync properly.
