Universal Printer Driver – Citrix

Please follow the steps below to verify the Citrix Universal Print Driver is installed:

1. From within Microsoft Word in Citrix, click the File tab.

2. Click Print and then select Printer Properties.

3. The window below should appear.

Click local settings to access your local printer settings for options such as double-sided printing etc
