Ring Central Account Setup

You will receive a Welcome Email from RingCentral. If you do not, contact itsupport@ecpi.edu or submit a ticket HERE!

  1. Click “Set Up Account”
  2. You will be prompted to enter a “password”, a “PIN”, and create a “security question”, hit “Continue” button when done
  3. Next you will be prompted to enter your “Emergency Calling – Registered Location” for 911 purposes. The office address is set by default but if you are working from home please enter that address. When done click “Agree and Continue”
  4. Next you will be prompted to download the application
  5. Once the application is installed click on the “RingCentral Icon”

7. Click the “Sign In” button

8. Enter in your email address and click “next”

9. Enter in your password and you select the “stay signed in” box and click “Sign In”
