Go to HERE! and sign in your student e-mail credentials.
Once you log in click UPDATE INFO in the Security info box to the right or click Security info in the Overview box to the left.
Click Add method.
Select a recovery method from one of the options.
Authenticator app – Download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your smartphone. Once you have Microsoft Authenticator open, scan the QR code shown on the screen. Follow the instructions afterward.
Phone or Alternate phone – Enter a phone number and select if you would prefer to be given a call or text. An alternate phone can only be called.
Email – Provide an alternate email address. A code will be sent to this email to verify the account. Enter the code into your Office 365 portal profile.
Security questions – Choose four security questions out of the list given and provide an answer to each one.
It is recommended that you have at least two methods configured, but you will only need one to recover access to your Office 365 account.
