Enable IT Support App In Teams

The IT Support app is pinned to your Microsoft Teams client as shown below. This IT support app is for faculty, staff, and students. The primary function of this app is to provide better accessibility to the IT technicians for ECPI University. In addition, it also allows for an easier way to create a ticket and monitor the status of your support tickets.

To set up this IT Support app it will need to be synced with your Microsoft account. To do this, please follow the steps below:

Click on the MOTO IT Support app as shown below.

From here, go to the ‘Chat’ tab and type “Command List” in the question bar at the bottom of the screen to open the prompt to sign into your Microsoft account as shown below.

Sign in to your Microsoft account using your student email and canvas password. Once you sign in, you should be presented with this screen shown below.

IF IT DOES NOT FULLY ACTIVATE AND IT GIVES AN ERROR, CLEAR YOUR CACHE AND COOKIES IN YOUR DEFAULT BROWSER AND TRY SIGNING IN AGAIN
