Create Junk Filter

From within Outlook, click the Home tab. Select the email you want to add to your junk filter.
In the Delete section at the top, click the Junk drop-down menu.

The first four options will affect the email you have currently selected/opened.
You can choose to Block (blacklist) the sender or the sender’s domain. You can also choose to Never Block (whitelist) the sender or the sender’s domain.

If you wish to manually add an address or a domain to the blacklist or whitelist, select Junk E-mail Options.

In the Junk E-mail Options window you can perform the following in each tab:

Safe Senders – add an email address or a domain to always allow emails to be received from.
Safe Recipients – add an email address or domain to always allow emails to be sent to.
Blocked Senders – add an email address or domain to block any emails received from.
