Please follow the steps below to add your instructor account to a student’s VCastle pod:
- From within VCastle, click Manage at the top-right and select Manage Pod ACLs.
2. In the Action column, click the down arrow next to the pod you want to add yourself to and select Manage Pod ACLs.
3. You will see the list of students currently assigned to that pod. Click Add Rule.
4. Set the Account by choosing yourself to add to the pod. Click Submit.
5. Now you will be able to schedule lab time. You will see the student’s pod added and the INS pod. You can reserve and use the new pod just like the others.
