Please follow the steps below to reset a student’s VCastle account password:
- Log into Vcastle and select Accounts from the main page:
2. Search for the student ID in All Communities
3. Click on the arrow beside the student account and choose Reset Password:
4. Enter the password and confirm the password and then hit the Submit button:
5. Click OK:
